Disadvantaged Children

There has been and continues to be a great need to help those who must reside in an institutional facility, usually run by a governmental agency. These institutions are over crowded with orphans and others who are unable to remain with their families. Third world conditions and standards have created a highly deficient environment for these children. Finding programs and funding is a challenging task, but some significant success has been realized. Each new situation requires the same laborious task of implementation and acceptance of outside assistance., but the benefits are much greater.
